September, 2011Maven Plan are proud to announce the creation of their sister company.
Maven Sustainability provides award-winning sustainability consulting focused on the built environment. Our team of consultants were selected based on their skills and expertise in order to provide a holistic high quality commercially aware service. Indeed, we offer the unique combination of sustainability experts with engineering degrees and business degrees. Combined the consultants have been in the development industry for in excess of 30 years.

Mole Valley
September, 2011Maven Plan has secured planning permission for the change of use of a number of former farm buildings in the countryside area of Mole Valley, Surrey, to residential accommodation.
The result is a planning permission for a large 4 bedroom house with open plan living areas that retains many of the traditional features of the rural buildings together with the conversion of a granary building to annexe accommodation. Despite some local opposition, the permission was secured on behalf of Pentagon Homes, 9 weeks from submission and under delegated powers.

High Street Cranford
July, 2011Maven Plan has recently secured planning permission and conservation area consent for the erection of 11 houses on a backland site in the Cranford Conservation Area.  The permission was secured on behalf of Stonegate Homes and provides for 9 private sale and 2 shared ownership houses. Maven Plan successfully negotiated down the affordable housing requirement from 50% to 18% and the financial contributions from £235k to £120k.  The site is currently being prepared for development and has a Gross Development Value (GDV) in the region of £4m.
