Sydenham Hill
Maven Plan is leading a team of experts, including ecologists, heritage and arboricultural consultants, through the planning process. The site falls within a conservation area and accommodates Grade II listed buildings.
The proposal seeks permission for the demolition of parts of the listed building and the semi-derelict coach houses on site to enable the delivery of an exclusive private gated development accommodating the converted listed building into a single family unit, the extension of the listed Gate House and the erection of 5 detached circa 400sqm contemporary treetop houses within the extensive well landscaped curtilage of the site.
The new houses respect the verdant romantic character of the site and are necessary to enable the much needed refurbishment and protection of the listed building which is on the at risk register.

St Georges Church
Planning permission has been secured for a 777sqm extension to St Georges Church, a Grade II* listed building within a conservation area.
The extension is to accommodate a children’s nursery and additional space for a comprehensive range of other community facilities. Notwithstanding the fact that the footprint of the proposed extension would exceed that of the listed Church, the proposal was described by English Heritage as a pleasing piece of architecture in its own right and one that would complement the listed building to which it would be attached and enhance the conservation area.
The proposal would satisfy the conservation area tests of ‘preserve or enhance’ and provide a much needed facility to the benefit of the local community.

Regent Canal Site
Maven Plan Ltd has been instructed as the planning consultants for a major redevelopment project.
Pre-application discussions with the Council and interested parties have been undertaken and a scheme is being financially appraised and finalised for submission.
The proposal will seek permission for the demolition of the existing studios buildings and the erection of a 7 storey, plus basement, mixed use building to provide circa 5,000sqm of Class (B1) floorspace; 312sqm of Class A3 (Restaurant) floorspace and 129 residential units together with 13 car parking spaces, 2 delivery bays, cycle parking and associated amenity space and landscaping.
