London Diocesan
Maven Plan is instructed by the London Diocesan Fund to systematically appraise vicarage land portfolios to identify redevelopment opportunities.
This is proving to be an extremely beneficial exercise as a considerable amount of the land which the London Diocese has an interest in has been found to present development potential.
Through identifying these opportunities some sites may, depending on all relevant circumstances and ecclesiastical procedures, be released to the market to generate funds which would assist the Diocese in fulfilling its duties to the wide range of people who minister to those living and working in the Diocese.


Crown Estate Management
One of Maven Plan’s major commercial agent clients manages an exclusive Crown Estate in Surrey.
The comprehensive service the management group provides to the Estate includes professional planning advice.
We are responsible for making representations to the Council in order to protect the interests of the Estate, in relation to all planning matters. Representations to the LDF have been lodged on behalf of the Estate and there is an ongoing, weekly review of planning applications on land within the Estate.
In order to protect the unique low density verdant character of the Estate, the relevant applications are critically assessed and objections or representations are made if they are deemed to result in harm to the character and appearance of the Estate.

Developer Portfolio Management
We pride ourselves in providing a comprehensive service to our clients.
Having provided efficient, accurate, commercial and dependable advice we have established strong working relationships with clients and as a result manage all planning matters on their portfolio of sites.
This role includes carrying out initial financial viability and planning appraisals and enquiries into the development potential of sites, highlighting potential constraints, such as covenants and other applications / promotions of land on adjoining sites.
We adopt a pro-active approach to managing and promoting development, where an opportunity is present, on a portfolio of sites.
Our Clients have a portfolio of in excess of £20M. The sites are at various stages in the acquisition and planning process, which we manage.
